Mother's Day is a special day to recognize Moms...Mothers Day Poems will help add that special touch to a handmade card. These two poems are perfect for the preschooler. Needing to appreciate someone else on Mother's Day? No problem just change "mom" to whatever suits your needs.

If your child is old enough, you can write the poem in pencil and they can trace over the letters. This will help with writing skills. Or you can practice your poem with your child and record it to give to a special "mother".

Most moms don't want elaborate gifts. We just want to know we are loved and appreciated. We love handmade cards from our children so choose one of these poems or make up your own to add that something special.

To keep me clean and watch me play



You kiss my knee when I fall down

Then pick me up and twirl me around.



You keep the hunger pains away

By feeding me good food everyday.



When it's nighttime you tuck me in

Give me a hug, kiss and an "I Love You" grin.
